Ben

General Manager

I started riding mountain bikes back in ’88 when I bought my first MTB – a left-over ’87 Bridgestone MB-2. It was a pretty hott bike for a kid and I rode it everywhere. Until I got my driver’s license and a car. I still rode during those years, but not as much or as hard. In 2004 I bought my second MTB – a used Breezer Storm – and got the ball rolling again. My first sanctioned race was the 2005 Chequamegon 40.

Since then my passion for racing, riding – and now selling – mountain bikes has grown significantly. I love working with customers to help them achieve their dream builds, but I’m equally happy getting people on the right commuter or to help people get back into cycling after a long lay-off.

Come find me in the store, at a race or at one of our Catfish-sponsored events and I’ll chat with you about the latest products and help you meet your cycling goals.
